ROBUST DESIGN SPECIALIST
Within Innovation & Engineering Excellence Centre,You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovation process competencies and processes with enabling tools and methods.
You will be part of an initiative to reduce lead time and improve quality in the product creation, supporting and mentoring the product engineers on robust design, to create a strong demand from their side to get your support and to positively affect the product quality, promoting the change of the attitude about dealing with random variation, providing training in robust design for its further developing in Tetra Pak.
You will be based in Modena, within Development & Engineering Unit, and you will travel approximately 50 days per year.
Candidates should have deep working knowledge in robust design methods and tools, attitude and/or experience in coaching and activities support, good knowledge in engineering and statistics developed through several years of work with product creation. It will be also considered an advantage a good overview of quality engineering and experience in DfSS and DOE.
University Degree in Engineering is required as well as fluency in English, both written and spoken.
