Descrizione Offerta:	e Technology Solution Professional (TSP) is a member of Developer and Platform Division whose overall mission is to secure platform adoption and revenue growth through community engagement, relationship marketing and a vibrant solutions ecosystem. The mission of the Technology Solution Professional (TSP) is to add value to Microsoft by proving the value of Microsoft’s Developer Tool technologies to customers and providing technical contributions to revenue goals. Responsibilities include: Drive the win rate within assigned Developer Tool opportunities through the delivery of technical sales engagements, like presentations, demos, proof of concepts (Architectural Design Sessions, Proof of Concept, etc). Develop a bill of materials and architecture that feeds into a solution proposal. Develop partner engagements that feed the Developer Tool opportunity pipeline. Develop partner enablement and readiness for assigned Developer Tool opportunities. Convince competitive customers that Microsoft has a technically superior solution. Ensure that self readiness, the readiness of other TSPs and team members are maintained for Microsoft’s Developer Tool solutions. We require: University degree ( Computer Science / Engineering) and 5-8 years of related experience. The candidate should be a technology leader, with a solid knowledge and experience of Microsoft and competitive platforms (.NET, J2EE, IBM Websphere, BEA Weblogic, Sun and Oracle). He should have excellent communication and presentation skills, seasoned in presenting sales and technical material and have the ability to drive enthusiasm on developer tools and our platform. Fluent English (written, spoken) is mandatory.
